MLP Community Manager
MLP Community Manager is the tool the My Lovely Planet team (Imagine SAS, France) uses to manage its own Instagram professional accounts: it answers comments and direct messages, sends the download link of the My Lovely Planet game to people who ask for it, and passes sensitive conversations to a member of the team.
People can write HUMAN to reach a member of the team, STOP to stop automated messages and DELETE to have their data deleted.
