“MLP Community Manager” is an internal tool of Imagine SAS, Maison de la Technopole, 6 rue Léonard de Vinci, CS 20119, 53001 Laval Cedex, France, SIREN 893 691 758. It manages comments and direct messages on the Instagram professional accounts of My Lovely Planet and the Facebook Pages linked to them. It is not offered to third parties.

If you comment on or write to our accounts

• Some replies are automated. Write HUMAN at any time to reach a member of our team, STOP to stop automated messages, or DELETE to have your data deleted.
• The links we send are personal: they record that they were opened, then redirect to the App Store, Google Play or our install-measurement provider.
• The game My Lovely Planet is governed by its own terms, shown in the app stores.
• Your data is processed as described in our privacy policy.

Accounts connected to the tool

Accounts are connected through Facebook Login for Business by members of our team, or by partners who manage an account for My Lovely Planet. The person connecting an account confirms they are allowed to manage it. Access can be withdrawn at any time by removing the app in Facebook (Settings → Business Integrations) or in Instagram (Settings → Apps and websites).
